$Single Crystal X-ray Diffractometer (SCXRD)$

Mo and Cu X-ray source with wavelength 0.71073 Å and 1.54184 Å, respectively.
X-ray generator at 50 kV and 1 mA current.
Oxford liquid nitrogen cryosystem with temperature controller. Temperature dependence study in the range of 100 – 500 K.
Four circle goniometer.
PHOTON detector.
APEX-III software.
Leica SApo Stereomicroscope with Flexacam C3 HD camera, 8:1 zoom with magnification 10x-80x, TL and RL illumination, Rotatable Polarising stage and LAS X Measurements software is available for crystal mounting.

All organic, inorganic, metal-organic, solid-state chemistry, mineralogy and pharmaceutical single crystals (crystal size 0.2 to 0.5 mm) structure can be determined.
Phase transition analysis can be done in the temperature range of 100 - 500 K.
