  • It is an inverted point scanning confocal microscope (CLSM) .The system provides high resolution images of fluorescent molecules with improved signal to noise ratio compared to wide field fluorescence microscopy. It consists of Multi alkali PMTs and Spectral META detector.
  • Multiline Argon laser (458 nm, 488nm,514nm), HeNe 543nm, HeNe 633nm lasers and Tunable Multiphoton Ti-sapphire laser (680-1080 nm).
  • 10x, 20x, 40x, 63x oil, 100x oil objectives are available.
  • It offers options for multichannel imaging, localization of specific biomolecules, FRET, FRAP, quantification of relative signal intensities, enables time and z-series.
  • Spectral META detector enables wavelength / lambda scan, linear unmixing and online emission finger printing applications.
